The first in a series of beers kits using non-gluten ingredients.
This gluten free beer is made in the classic Bohemian Pilsner style. Think Pilsner Urquell. It is a crisp refreshing beer with the classic spicy Saaz hop character.
High Gravity's non-gluten kits use Briess brown rice syrup as its base. It is made specifically for beer and contains dextrins to aide in the body.
Each kit makes 5 gallons.

Please take into consideration your level of sensitivity when ordering one of our non-gluten kits. Every person with Celiac should know their own personal risk before drinking this beer.
We are a homebrewing store and cannot guarantee that ingredients are never in contact with items containing gluten. We do not have a separate facility for packaging and there is always a risk they may come in contact with items containing wheat or gluten.
Not all ingredients included in our kits are certified gluten free. They may have come in contact with wheat or other grains while being processed. For example, the malted oats have not been certified gluten free and may have been grown in wheat growing areas.
We included a dry yeast that is gluten free. Liquid yeasts are suspended in a barley based wort and are not recommended for gluten free beers.
